You don't need perfect data or huge amounts of data. What is important are clear goals and use cases, a fundamental data and process basis and a willingness to question existing processes. Together, we create the organizational, technical and cultural prerequisites for a successful start.

The duration depends on the scope and complexity of the project. A quick check and potential analysis usually take a few weeks. We create the subsequent strategy and roadmap in four to six weeks. Prototypes and initial pilots can then go live in two to three months; larger scaling projects take correspondingly longer.

We take into account all relevant legal requirements such as the GDPR and work with you to develop a governance concept. This includes roles and rights concepts, data anonymization, guidelines for handling sensitive data and ongoing monitoring. We only use secure infrastructure and document every step so that you remain in control at all times.
