The management

Behind P&M are Phillip Schulte, Mathias Leonhardt and Katharina Biedermann.
They lead the company with trust, technical expertise and a shared understanding of responsibility and progress.

Phillip and Mathias founded P&M in 2013 after studying computer science at Wedel University of Applied Sciences with the aim of using technology sensibly.
Katharina joined them in 2021 and added business and strategic expertise to the management team.

Today, they lead a growing team in Hamburg and Berlin - united by a clear vision:
To establish P&M as a leading partner for B2B digitalization and AI solutions.
