As part of the relaunch, P&M fundamentally modernized the hagebau extranet - from design to functionality to user experience. The new platform combines content, communication and administration in an intuitive, mobile-optimized environment. Core functions such as administration, file management and employee directory were integrated into Coremedia and connected to SAP. The result: a central, high-performance solution for efficient collaboration across all locations.
P&M developed a completely new information architecture with clear structures, simple navigation paths and customizable content. Users can filter content individually to display only what is relevant to their day-to-day work.

The extranet was given a modern look and feel. All visual elements were documented in a comprehensive style guide and handed over to the development department.
