For hagebau Handelsgesellschaft, P&M implemented a central, customized administration platform for managing locations, contracts and employees. The aim was to simplify and digitally map complex administrative processes. The solution integrates seamlessly into SAP and impresses with its clearly structured interface and high level of user-friendliness. P&M was responsible for the concept, UX design, system architecture and technical implementation, including the individual SAP connection.

Challenges
The management of hundreds of partner locations, contracts and employees required a flexible, secure and easy-to-use solution. At the same time, existing SAP systems had to be seamlessly integrated.
In close coordination with the hagebau project team, P&M designed a digital solution that combines technical precision with practical usability. This was based on workshops for process analysis and subsequent implementation in an iterative development cycle.
Technical and organizational requirements were precisely recorded and prioritized in joint sessions.
Based on the processes identified, a clearly structured navigation and operating concept was developed with a focus on speed and clarity.
Development of a modern, responsive design that visually reduces complex content and creates a consistent user experience on the extranet.
Implementation of individual interfaces to SAP, including automated synchronization processes for employee and contract data.
Extensive tests ensured that data consistency, performance and security met the requirements of a company-wide system.
Following the successful launch, P&M provides ongoing support for the operation and further development of the platform.
